Available shipping services determine which orders and destinations we can support. Some locations or product combinations may be restricted. Please supply an accurate street address, email address and phone number so dispatch and delivery updates reach you.
Rates and delivery assistance
The current checkout calculation controls both delivery costs and free-shipping eligibility. Available tracking updates are shared using the order contact details. If scans stop, a parcel appears lost, or a delivered scan does not match receipt, send your order number, checkout email and tracking details. For damage, photograph the item and packaging and keep both. Carrier investigations and incomplete information can slow a resolution.
When to expect a parcel
We ordinarily prepare orders in about 1–2 business days; the expected transportation period after shipment is 3–5 business days. Preparation is not included in the transit estimate. Actual arrival can vary because of carrier conditions, public holidays, weather or exceptional volume.
